The Three Muskateers

When I am in the den, on the computer, this is what is usually happening behind me... lol! I'll sure miss those precious little puppy paws!

Bailey's Departure...

Brandy was busy washing Bailey's ears... (no - they are not "dirty" the girls all use this as a way of showing their affection) He loves it!

Geoff and his new young man...

A "family" picture... Amber, Brandy, Bella being cuddled by Geoff (saying thanks for the darling pup) and Bailey being loved by Heather.

Awwww... Take good care of my little boy! (*choke*)

It is always so comforting to me, to see what nice people they go to live with... The girls and I love them so... Heather and Geoff called when they got home. Bailey was settling right in with them - hope they had a good first night together! He is usually a great sleeper, but is likely feeling a bit lonely right now...

When Pups are Quiet...

Yes... When pups are quiet when they are awake, you know they are up to something...

Huh?? Who us?? The little monkeys had my glasses! ha ha...

Mom! Brush me!!

Someone is trying to tell me something!

Shampoo Samples...

I "fancied" up the shampoo I gave to the new puppy owners.

What do you think of my cute little toppers?? Fun to color again at my age... ha ha!

Yeah - pink is for girls and blue is for boys... ;-)

Bailey's Game...

Micah used to play this game with the girls, but now it is Bailey's turn... It starts when Bella gives him the old nose tickle to the belly...

Then Bailey makes a mad dash for the crate, then under the couch, then back to the crate - you get the picture I'm sure! Amber LOVES this game!

Can you see little Bailey sneaking his nose out down on the left of this picture - he is looking for a clear path to the crate... (Click on the picture and you will see it larger, then just click on the green arrow in top left of screen to see it normal size again)

Bella is such a beautiful girl... and she is very alert here, eh? Gonna get him!

I know he is under there somewhere... ha ha! Oh, my life with Lhasas is filled with laughter!

Sad Eyes...

Oh, how can you avoid picking up a little puppy with eyes like these??

yeah... double trouble!

Bella and Bailey...

Poor old Brandy really misses Chip. Hmmm... and badly needs a trim! Maybe later this weekend, after the pups are gone.

Chris and the pups...

My son, Christopher has been staying with me this winter, to help out with all the dogs and the pups. They all love him - He works all day, but cuddles them at night...

Think Bailey likes his tummy rubbed?? Ha ha - what a suck! But such a sweet one!

Laila wanted in on the cuddles too!

They can be really tough to hang on to - squirm and wiggle fast!

Oh, and watch your earlobes! ha ah... They all like to kiss - like their mommies all did to them!

Bailey came running in,,,

Then Laila decided to watch the girls wrestle for a while...

They don't get cold with this kind of frisky behaviour!

They sure have fun together...

Brandy wisely tiptoes past on her way indoors... ha ha!

Out to play in the fridge!

Although it was bitterly cold here recently, the pups all have to get their exercise and do their "business" so I shooed them out into the cold (note I did not go with them, as I do not wear a fur coat! brrr!)

Laila sat in a sheltered spot as if to say - I'll see you when you get back...

They tried to entice her to come play...

but "Princess" Laila resisted (smart girl!) he he...

The winds were bitterly cold -30's, so they were not out long!

The pink pull toy...

The pups were having a great time with this little toy...

It has squeaks in both ends!

Their little mouths don't squeak it well yet, but they know there is "something" in there...

Trying to get them to both look up at the same time is not an easy task!

First one, then the other...

And... FINALLY - both! Laila is on the left and Bailey on the right

Then their attention is caught by the squirrel...

Christina gave it to them, when she came over and they just love the tail - maybe it is real fur??

Then finally the tired little pups have a rest!

Sleeping

Just a quick post to show you where the dogs all sleep now...

The pups like to sleep on the pilow, near my bed - the door is to my ensuite, where there is a dish a water, but my bedroom door is shut so they don't go wandering while I sleep.

The girls all crash out on the bed, beside me... each has their favorite item to curl up with - a housecoat, a blanket and a pillow...

Bones!

This is the only kind of bone I like to let my dogs chew at and only as a special treat. They are sturdy enough not to splinter.

I do not give them the marrow from the middle, as it is very fatty and would cause diahrea, but, when I cut the bone from the round steak, I leave some meat on it. Then I boil it, pop out the marrow, let it cool, and then let them have fun!

I wish I had found them before the other pups left, so they could have had their "farewell treat" from me too, but they are not easy to locate any more...

Needless to say, the dogs and the pups all enjoyed them... those sweet little pups even shared.

Amber kept her paw on hers so she could pull the meat off...

Bella took hers away from everyone else - no way was she sharing! ha ha (ME, me... it's all about ME)!! That's my Bella!

The puppies crewed so daintily!

They lost interest when the bones were cleaned off and started playing with the squirrel their friend Christina brought for them.
