Final Days of Fall...

Fall colors are fading...

Storm clouds move in and out quickly...

But the girls and I are making the most of all the days~

All too soon, the snows will be here and the quiet days just sitting by the water will be over...

Not that the dogs and I ever sit still long anyway... ha ha!

Farmer's Fields...

The farmers around here are busy getting their crops in...

The corn reminds me of soldiers on parade... lined up in such straight rows

Then the geese start feeding!

They come in by the hundreds!

And what a racket they make!!

Don't understand why the farmers have to spread manure around after all those geese get through feeding on the corn left behind! lol

The colors in my back yard were amazing this year... Love those Maple trees for that!

This is the corn field area where I usually take my dogs for their daily run (no burrs there!)

Now that the corn is cut down, the geese are fattening up for their long flight ahead

Fall Follies

The girls and I have been enjoying driving around and photographing the colors of this beautiful fall.

There are so many lovely places to explore in this big old world...

My new travelling pal - Rambo - comes along for the enjoyment... (always makes ME laugh anyway~)
