Visit to the Vets

The pups all went in to the vets on the 29th of Feb, for their 8 week checkup, first vaccinations and microchipping...

Nina was such a good girl while her tummy had a good checkup!
Poor Elizabeth (the vet) never thought I would take this shot, but it is part of the checkup too... Poor Sushi - having this posted all over blog land~

Don't look too stressed about being at a vet now, do they..? lol

They all did great, except for that nasty old microchipping needle... it's a large bore needle and hurts a bit - but it's for a really good reason.

My friend Brenda is a real dog whisperer type... She came with me and cuddled each of the dogs after they were finished, so they would forget the bad stuff fast. When we got them all settled back at home, look who came to join her! Bella loves Brenda, and even suffered being close to a puppy to sit with her. Bella will be great friends with the pups in about an other week or two, when she is sure they will not try to nurse from her!

For the other puppy purchasers, yes, I have pictures of each of your pups at the vets, just did not want to bore everyone by putting up all eight!
