Ooops! One thing that puppies LOVE to play with is shoes... These guys are used to the smell of my feet (and NO - I don;t have smelly feet - lol!) To them, my shoes are very comforting and fun! But this has to be discouraged... or they will ruin your good shoes some day, when ethy get bored... Time to start teaching the "leave it" command.
Hmmm... seems my boots are just as appealing! ha ha
Yes, I let her play with them, for a minute, so I could take pictures just to show you - now they must be off-limits (like Bella, eh? yeah... right! I know) Not easy, but persistence and consistent "leave it" will teach them... believe me.
The whole crew came to see what "leave it" was about... lol!
