We have had various freezing rain episodes this winter and it has formed an icy crust on the fields... the snow just blows off of it.
It amazes me how the dogs can just run across it without falling on their faces!
They do break through that icy crust though...
Such a big wide world to explore out there!
Don't know how my girls could live without each other - they sure do enjoy each other's company...
Just in case you are wondering...
NO - they never found a mouse! lol (not today anyway...)
Not that they did not do their fair share of looking...
