I like to let my girls determine when they want to wean their pups (after all, that is how they do it in nature) but today, I decided to check to see how my "help" would go... I put a baby sleeper onto Bella and waited to see what she would do. Well, she just sat here and cried off and on, for almost two hours! "Mommy get this thing off me!"
So, I put her outside and she just sat there and waited for me to let her back in.
When she did come in, the pups were chasing her tail! Poor gal... I gave up and just left her alone... She will do it when she decides the time is right... It is not like it HAS to be today!
Hello! Today, I was given, by her breeder a sweet 4-5 year old Lhasa, our first. She JUST weaned pups, I believe it was yesterday and I would love to conenct with you for support on how to help her feel herself again! She has been with us a whole 5 hours.
